Retarget A Disproportionate Character

Lejendary Adventure has a number of non-human races and creatures, some of them much smaller or larger than humans, and with different proportions. Up to now, this posed a challenge for me. The UE default humanoid Mannequin has a lot of built in functionality; there are animation packs available on the market place and even preset rigging templates in other applications like Cascadeur, which is great, except I couldn’t re-proportion the default skeleton for a variety of characters to reuse all my animations.

Well, it turns out that was a limitation of my free Blender addon and not a limitation of the UE Mannequin. So I purchased the Game Rig Tools addon for $15 and was able to implement a Trollkin from Lejendary Adventure.
